Challenge
World-renowned architect Zaha Mohammed Hadid has brought her celebrated talent and iconic vision to downtown Miami. The One Thousand Museum Tower overlooks Biscayne Bay and sits next to the newly redesigned Museum Park. This landmark is not just a building – it will be a modern sculpture in the form of a skyscraper residential tower.
AHT, along with Zaha Hadid Architects, Enzo Enea Landscape Design, and Kreon Lighting partnered up to fully realize Zaha Hadid’s world-changing vision for the landmark One Thousand Museum Tower.

Solution
Residents will be able to control: lighting, video, sound, and other electronics from a Crestron-powered control system. AHT equipped the One Thousand Museum Tower Sales Center with a 9-screen video wall, 70-inch touch screen technology display, Crestron iPad control, invisible speakers, and security cameras.
